Integration is a very important part of your process. Because you can take away the most valuable insights, if you (can’t) do anything with them in your daily life, you are sometimes left with mixed feelings. So what now?
Typically, participants feel calm and light after a MindTravellers trip. They are happy with what they experienced and with the insights they gained. They feel ready to integrate their experiences into their lives. By thinking about it themselves or talking about it with those around them.
It may also be that painful topics have been raised that you would like to talk to us about again. Of course you can, and we are here for you. For processing and integrating your experiences, you are welcome with us.
From the conceptual to reality
Psychedelic integration is an essential part of the psychedelic experience because it is the activity, which makes the insights real.
It is the work that moves insight from the conceptual to the reality we live in.

My name is Raphaela and I offer aftercare as a psychologist and coach for MindTravellers.
During my years of experience as a first-line psychologist and independent coach, I have been able to help many people in the process of healing and development. Through my own experiences in using plant medicines, I know how valuable, but also how intense these experiences can be. You may have gained many insights during a ceremony, but this also raised many questions for you. A journey with a plant medicine brings a change in the (sub)consciousness that can last for a long time.
If you need support in processing this process or if you have questions that require the attention of a professional, I can help you. The first conversation (30 minutes) is always without obligation and serves as an introduction and to clarify the request for assistance. Based on this conversation we can decide what is needed and what I can help you with if necessary. This can be done online via video calling, but I also have a consultation room in Rotterdam or Dordrecht if necessary.
